How to mount an ext4 VDI and VMDK image on Windows?

There are two virtual machines on VirtualBox with CentOS and ext4 as file system. One machine on VDI another VMDK. You need to somehow access the contents of the VDI and VMDK disks. I've been fighting for 2 days now. How to mount them or at least upload a couple of files from there?
