How to monetize website clicks?

Hey !
Is there a way to monetize clicks on a phone number and fill out forms on a website built on CMS (wordpress, opencart, etc.)?

Example:
I have a site on any of the CMS, the user registers on it, creates a kind of "announcement". I drive traffic to his ad, a potential client is interested in the user's service, clicks on the phone or fills out a form, money is withdrawn from the user's balance.

I guess this question is not very difficult for knowledgeable people :)

maybe not out of the box, but with pens (in the sense of writing it yourself or ordering it) - elementary.

This is useless traffic.

You can monetize only through affiliate programs, if, as you were told above, the traffic is targeted. For example, Admitad even gives a script that automatically converts all links into affiliate links if there is a store address or something else that they have an offer for.
