There is a highly specialized site, it is possible to download it, I worked with Adsense for a long time. But since it is not possible to show ads on sites where there is no right to content, when they downloaded they went to another site with ads where they waited 10 seconds and then automatically switched to downloading. A few days ago I received a letter that I was breaking the rules:

Our program policies require that sites that display Google ads contain a reasonable amount of useful content. Users should be able to navigate seamlessly from page to page in search of the promised goods and services. Deceptive navigation elements include, but are not limited to:
- false claims of downloadable or streaming content;
- links to non-existent content;
- redirecting users to irrelevant or misleading web pages;
- text on the page that is not related to the subject or business model of the site.
