I would also like to embed ads in the web page itself. How to do it better? This window can be closed and will no longer be shown until the browser is opened again. The second option is to place an advertising banner in any free space on the page.
I want to do this with the goal that ads are always shown, and not just when the user uses the extension. This will greatly increase your views.

As Taraflex noted, this is really overkill. And even if you want to deal with bypassing the extension policy, you will have to connect a proxy server to intercept pages loaded by users. And it's not even the most painful place. Browser updates are starting to include a built-in ad blocker:
