There are a lot of modifiers on the site and I don't know which of them made previous changes to this file. Tell me how to do it? Is there some mode to modify not the original file, but the modified one from the modification directory?

The modified file is generated based on the modifiers. If you modify it, then after clearing the cache, everything will be lost. And this is the wrong way to solve the problem.
1. disable one modifier and update the cache, and you will find the one you need

If you need to edit the place that modifies some of the modifiers, then you need to edit the file of this modifier.
