How to transfer products from Wordpress to Opencart?

There is a site on Wordpress, a store is implemented using WooCommerce.
I want to migrate my website to Opencart.
The task is to transfer goods, because there are a lot of them and it takes a long time to do it with pens.
Interested in the transfer of basic information: name, description, photo, price.
Products are divided into categories.
Any advice that will at least partially help to make the transfer - I will be very happy and grateful.

Make an upload to the price list and use the module to upload the price list to the site. Or parsing.

Well, if you don’t want to write code, try exporting from wordpress to some popular format (for example, the same xml for Yandex.Market), and import accordingly in opencart.
