How to mock in Illustrator and Photoshop?
The task is this - when testing a designer, you need to do something with Photoshop and / or Illustrator, so that only a person who is sufficiently versed in these programs can see and correct.
You can file something in the program itself, or in a test layout (for example, set an overprint where it is not necessary, or change the color to a pantone equivalent, or make black a composite one), but it is desirable to do the first one (for example, set the rgbshny color profile to a clumsy one, or so on). P.).
In general, advise something like this, plz, so that not only "make a layout", but also it can be seen that a person owns an instrument above the average hand.

First option:
Illustrator Preferences > General > Constrain Angle > Change to a non-zero value.
This setting automatically rotates absolutely all created shapes by a certain angle.
If the task is to drive a person to a psychiatric hospital, set 0.1 degrees and he will go crazy trying to understand why not a single rectangle sticks to the guides with the entire edge, but only with one point, and all shapes are drawn "a little crookedly". And it won't be noticeable right away.
If you just need to check for knowledge of the settings - set 1-2 degrees. It will be noticeable immediately, and the setting is so rarely used (actually never) that few people know about it.
Second option:
In the finished design, find a place where something white is located on a black background, white text on a black background, or a logo. Then open the following settings panel:
Illustrator Menu > Window > Attributes
Select the white element and put Overprint Fill in this panel. Illustrator will swear, but you need to press Proceed for him, you can additionally check the "do not warn" checkbox. Then remove the selection from all elements, to guarantee the shortcut Ctrl-Shift-A and uncheck the overprint in the panel so that it does not an eyesore with the warning icon, and close the panel itself.
Save the layout and close.
Let the person open this file and ask them to export the image to any bitmap format, jpeg or png for example. And then ask him why the white text "suddenly" disappeared without any trace, and in illustrator it will be perfectly visible, and will disappear only when exporting.
I propose to drive a person through standard tasks:
- Ask him what is bilateral? And what is it for.
- Make an incorrect cut of a translucent image on a white background (white gradient border) and ask to correct this matter (make it without a border).
- Ask to color some engraving with flowers.
- Ask how easy it is to spot poor-quality retouching
