How to mirror a git repository with LFS?

Good day to all!
The idea is this: there is a remote repository with large assets that take a painfully long time to download. Here. And it would be nice to make a mirror for it on the local network in order to distribute the downloaded updates as quickly as possible.
Everything would be fine, but there is one big problem - LFS.
Starting an LFS server is quite simple .
But it's not easy to set everything up so that this very bare repository on the local network ( near remote ) can do not only from a git fetchdistant remote , but also give the downloaded LFS content to the local network. How to set this up? git lfs pull
