How to migrate woocommerce from Open Server to VPS?

I was surprised to find that after transferring all the files and database from Open Server to VPS, woocommerce is almost inoperable. Everything works and is displayed crookedly - through time.
What's the matter here? After all, it doesn't matter what kind of system - woocommerce or opencart or ... These are files.
And this is DB. This was not the case with other projects.
I tried the cloning plugin option - but there were also problems there.
How to migrate woocommerce from Open Server to VPS?
I don’t want to re-install everything manually when there is already a ready-made local project.

Set up a VPS environment and transfer the site.
