How to migrate a user from domain to domain in order to save his local profile on the computer?

The domain controller has broken, we are considering the possibility of transferring user computers to another domain. If I use Ideal Migration to offload users (and computers?) from a domain, is it possible to upload them to the new domain so that the users have their local profiles on their workstations?
