How to merge two uTorrent dat files with information about torrents?

There are two dat files with Windows version uTorrent distributions: the current version is 3.4.2 and a second dat file from version supposedly "3.2". How to connect them to get one big base without losing the name and date of addition? In one database there are 5000 hands, in the other (last) 200?
