How to transfer torrents from Transmission?

Given: Ubuntu 16.04 and a bunch of torrents in Transmission. I want to transfer torrents to another computer, also with ubuntu and Transmission. How to do it? There are a lot of torrents, files can be copied while maintaining the structure, but what about the rest?
Is it possible to transfer to Windows with uTorrent 1.8?
