How to merge two drives into one centos directory?
There is a disk
/dev/md2 - / (root directory)
/dev/md3 - /home
/dev/md0 - it is not clear where at all, but it is configured
how to direct md3 and md0 to / (like md2), mdo will be enough for a start

Eh...sorry, you can only merge and do anything with a disk at the block level :) Do you mean a partition? It can be mounted at the specified point. For example /dev/md3 is mounted on /home - and will be available on the path /home
if everything is in lvm, then delete the partition with the home, moving it to the root before that, add free space to the root partition and then expand the file system to the root
