Why can I get an error when installing CENTOS 7?

Good afternoon.
I put CentOS 7 as the second system next to Windows 10.
At the installation stage, when all the settings are filled in and the user creation screen appears, an error occurs.

I install according to the images from the official site, I tried different ones.
I installed both from a flash drive and from a disk.
Always the same error.
Under centos, I allocated a logical disk of 250 gb, (created it with a utility in windows). In the installation, I delete it and throw it in swap 2 gb, everything else in /.
Perhaps there is an error here?

Maybe. Because as far as I know, Linux and FreeBSD require a clean unallocated area to install. Not a logical drive, not a partition, just empty space.
