Centos 7 help finding rpm for sphinx 3.1.1?

I need exactly rpm for centos 7, version sphinx 3.1.1, tar.gz to make does not fit at all, I need sphinx to be installed with yum install... but I could not find the repository, the rpm file is the same.

Do you see an RPM from an official developer? sphinxsearch.com/downloads/current
It will not be installed through yum, there is no repository for developers. sphinxsearch.com/docs/current/installing-redhat.html

So no one collects them now, use the docker or assemble them yourself

Or switch to a normally maintained fork: there are rpm, and the repository https://manticoresearch.com/downloads/, and monthly releases and performance are better and there are fewer crashes.
