How to memorize algorithms correctly?
Do I need to write them down in a notepad on a PC or in an abstract on paper, or is it basically not necessary and it’s enough just to learn, practice, and when the material is unraveled, reopen the page in the book and repeat the material?
Thank you in advance for your ANSWER!

Algorithms do not need to be memorized, they need to be understood. Once you understand how Shell sort or Dijkstra's algorithm works, you will never stop understanding. It's like being able to ride a bike.
Nobody has come up with anything better than interval repetitions. You can upload a question to AnkiDroid and scroll through the algorithm in your mind when a question appears. But it is not necessary to remember all the algorithms, it is enough to remember the most unusual and useful ones. Well, if possible, put it into practice.
