How to measure the speed of a request?

Hello.
I'm wondering if there is a tool that would allow you to evaluate the speed and load of executing an sql query to the database?
How to do it right?
Point in the right direction. Of course, I can understand with my head which request will be harder and which one will be easier. But, for accuracy, maybe there is another way to analyze?
