How to measure the packet performance of the Router in packets / sec?
How much it can process in a second, I understand that it depends on the processor and RAM. But still I would like to measure something so that there are numbers.

set in iperf3 a packet of a certain size and recalculate the stream from bytes / sec to packets / sec.
Packages are different, processing options are different, a lot of things are different. Why not look directly at the manufacturer's spec?
For the rich and serious: https://www.keysight.com/zz/en/products/network-te...
For the poor, but still serious: https://trex-tgn.cisco.com /
For the poor and "on the knee": iperf3
There should be a specification on the manufacturer's website that indicates how many packets / sec and under what conditions.
