How to manage the program from the phone?

There is a program (in Delphi). I want to implement program management over the network from a smartphone. What is the path of least resistance? SMS, app, website?
In which direction to dig and where are the pitfalls?

Taking into account the fact that a smartphone often has an unsatisfactory signal quality of a cellular operator, I like the option of some text bot, icq-bot, irc-bot, whatapp-bot. I'm not sure that there is something ready (suitable for you), but it is the sending of commands through such channels and the response in text form, IMHO, the best option for managing remote processes.
In particular, I saw an implemented one (already ready-made icq-bot, which does not even need to be implemented, it exists and works). You send a certain command to it, and for example, it pings the ip you specified, and sends the result in response ...
As for TeamViewer, it is impossible to control the computer from a phone / tablet, because it is insanely inconvenient. It is only possible to "look at the screen", or rather part of it =) I tried, in the end I had to buy a laptop.

An application that knocks on some server, and the server then forwards requests to your computer, to your program.
