How to manage the bank from Andoid'a?

I'm interested in an android application that can manage various accounts (webmoney, *any bank*, paypal - optional, qiwi). I saw a good application from Svyaznoy Bank, QIWI, Alfabank. Isn't there a harvester that can manage many accounts of different organizations? I would also like to see in the application information how much I spent in Magnit, Pyaterochka, Any Other Store (it seems that this is implemented in the application from Alfabank) and for what exactly.

"For what exactly", you definitely won't get it, because. stores only transfer the amount of the check.

Sadly. Maybe then there is a similar application with a barcode scanner?
Looking for something similar. I found out that the barcode scanner will not help in any way, since by finding out the product number nothing can be done with it. Since the database of these codes is not in the public domain. It is available from the manufacturer, intermediary and seller. Even getting a catalog of numbers from the manufacturer (which, with due diligence, is quite realistic), it will only give us wholesale prices. And retail from different sellers will be different.
Another direction is the recognition of a paper check. There were attempts. But for some reason, everyone is starting to reinvent their wheel. ABBYY (well, or any other company) offers a convenient service for recognizing a paper document. After text recognition, the problem of its processing will appear. Checks are not of the same type and the name of the same product may be different. Some checks are quite easy to process, and some have the product name in the form of an acronym (it's terrible). And the idea of transferring information from electronic form to paper form and then back is very stupid.
Intermediate conclusion: it is necessary to negotiate with the retailer or with the state (which can resolve this issue) about the open form of checks in electronic form. QR codes to help.
I will be grateful if someone will add or correct me.
