Can you tell me an Android-friendly free CMS where you can conveniently work online / offline with site materials? Is it possible for this CMS to update via email, etc.?

Blog on wordpress. There is an app for droid.
In general - if the CMS has a webmord - you can even update the materials in it from the refrigerator.

Я ничего не понял! Где CMS-то установлена?!
На Android-планшете или на сервере?!
Если на сервере - тогда обновление CMS делает с сервера обновлений, а не через планшет.
Если необходима синхронизация материалов - здесь уже нужен соответствующий клиент под Android.
Или.... я снова ничего не понял)
