How to make a catalog site (not a store)?

I am doing a non-commercial project for the museum to digitize old letters.
There was a need to make a website catalog with digitized letters in JPG format.
It looks like this, there is a main page. It has a link on the page with letters.
The letter page is simple: a title, a few JPGs, and a short abstract.
To do this in HTML is quite simple, the problem arises in the fact that there are more than 5000 such letters and you need to make a separate page for each.
How can this be done faster and easier? Perhaps there is some idle CMS for these purposes?
Ideally, of course, some kind of constructor like Tilda, but they all have page limits.

Good afternoon!
The task, frankly, is not for everyone.
On tilde, this is not difficult to implement. Adds a product catalog in the settings, download the product import template, upload the IMG somewhere to get the URl, fill in the file. Save and import to tilde.
Restriction on the number of goods - 5000 pcs. Just for your needs. But if you do it through the pages, then the limit is 500 pages per site. Yes, and only 1 gb is given on the tilde server.
In general, you can try to implement this on Tilda, but it will not work out very conveniently.
