How to fix host file on Android Studio emulator?

In general, there is a local web server, there is Android Studio and there is a standard running emulator (Android 5.1). It is required to fix the host file, it is clear that without root it cannot be fixed. I tried various methods found on the Internet, all kinds of programs that need to be installed on the emulator do not help, fix the file through the terminal (adb root, adb remout, etc.) only 2 times. The first time everything worked perfectly, after rebooting the emulator everything was reset again to the drain. The second time the file seemed to be overwritten, but when you open it on the emulator, everything turned out to be in stock. Is there a normal, efficient way?

Raise your local dns server. Let the android go through it. Change the entry in the dns server.
Or raise the Proxy server, let the whole android go through it, and replace what you need there.
