How to manage multiple monitors in Deepin?

Good afternoon! Once again... There was a problem with Linux Deepin. I have 2 monitors, I configured them, everything is displayed correctly, I can drag the window onto the 2nd (Not the main) monitor. BUT, for some reason, I can’t take out the folder there or right-click on it. Is this a feature of Deepin? Or did I screw up somewhere?
I also wanted to set the desktop background so that it would be on 2 monitors at once, but it is simply duplicated.

As far as I understood from what I read , this is a bug of the OS itself

Deepin is still very buggy, I do not advise using it with 2 monitors, I demolished it because there were a lot of jambs that the system had to be rebooted.
