How to manage load over time?
Good afternoon!
There is a load of 8 kW, a network of 220. How can I organize load management over time? It is required to turn on the load at intervals of 1 hour 10 minutes.
The first thing that comes to mind is a "smart socket", but I'm afraid it will simply melt and overheat. I thought to take arduino and a solid state relay. Perhaps there are other options?

8 kW for 220v is a lot and not too similar to the "factory" one,
no timers and / or smart sockets, automatic machines, solid-state cutters or blocks for smart homes should be used as a switching element at all. to solve the issue, you can pick up any interface device, from a mechanical timer to a wifi socket and switch the contactor with it. at the same time, the contactor itself must also be selected according to the type of load
