How to make your mail on a Google domain?

Hello!
Please help me with the following situation:
I want several mailboxes with my own domain, but there is no knowledge and experience in this matter.
I have a domain purchased through Google Domains. In their domain control panel, they want me to use G Suite mail for $5/mo/user. For me it's expensive and I decided to raise my mail server.
I'm sitting on Windows and downloaded the hMailServer mail server, temporarily on my personal PC, then I'll migrate.
I found a bunch of guides on setting up the mail server itself, but I could not understand the basic principle of the relationship between the mail server and the domain.
What settings/addresses need to be pulled out of the domain control panel and inserted into the mail server in order to link them? (or vice versa)

Without a good experience and understanding of the principles of operation of modern mail systems, and in general, I do not recommend messing around with your own mail server without a good reason. To avoid blocking your own address for spam, lack of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc. + more to fight spam.

Postfix as MTA, with SASL binding (I use cyrus, dovecot is too confusing for such purposes) to send emails from the same gmail, but via postfix. Getting a simple redirect to a gmail box. You do not need to store letters, you do not need databases.
In the domain settings, you only need to enter the mailer address in the mx record. How to set up SPF and DKIM is easy to google - this is the easiest part.
Under Windows I do not advise ... it will be too expensive in the end - comparable to using GSuite directly.
