How to cache external resources?

When checking the site in PageSpeed Insights, it gives a recommendation "Use browser cache", everything is turned on, configured, cached, but 3 files from external resources remain:
maps.google.com/maps/api/js?sensor=false (30 minutes)
https ://mc.yandex.ru/metrika/watch.js (60 minutes)
www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js (2 hours)
Does anyone know how to apply caching to them?
