How to make Xiaomi Readmi 3s and Mikrotik hap AC friends?

Yesterday I ran into a completely unforeseen problem: I bought a new phone from Xiaomi on Ali, he didn’t cause any complaints, everything seems to be normal and the connection is confident, and 4G with an excellent indicator of 55 Mbps, but the idyll continued exactly until I got home - the phone’s WiFi cheerfully connected to my home router and it immediately became clear that Waffle was nothing from the word at all. The speed is not more than 300 K / bit and a terrible ping even with line of sight at a distance of 1 meter. To be honest, I was upset, I decided that I had a buggy Wi-Fi module, or a firmware with jambs, it was too late and I postponed the solution of problems until tomorrow (that is, today). I went to work and at work the phone just as quickly connected to the working Asus and gave out a speed in the speedtest of 25 megabits (this is our working Wi-Fi limit). At the break I got to my parents, they have TpLink and a tariff of 50 megabits - the speedtest in the phone showed 50 megabits. I came home in the evening - everything is deaf on Mikrotik. I updated the firmware to the latest 6.36 (although I don’t like it, I always wait for the bagfix version) In encryption, I left only WPA2 and aes, shamanized with the point settings, went through all conceivable and inconceivable combinations - NOTHING :( Wi-Fi is either dead or barely stirs.
I found this on the Internet: en.miui.com/thread-35456-1-1.html
And this: forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?t=102908
In general, I am very puzzled about what can be done in my case. I don’t want to part with the phone, it’s very good for me in terms of other indicators. Do you think it will be possible to somehow make him friends with Mikrotik? Can you recommend something?

My Redmi Note 3 Pro connects to 72Mbps, the tick is 951 (2.4Ghz) - I don’t feel any problems at all

Try setting the Channel Width to 20Mhz in the Wi-Fi settings, the device may not be able to work with wide 40Mhz channels.

Well, what can I say after a couple of days of tinkering with the router settings: it connects to Mikrotik easily, but there is no connection as such. a familiar admin who is very well versed in mikrotiks said that such a situation is possible. In his practice, with some Chinese phone, it happened that they were able to win by flashing the phone. I now have 7.5.4.0 on my phone, this is a pseudo-global from the Vietnamese, we are waiting for the official global from Xiaomi, maybe something will change. So far, as a crutch, he was saved by the fact that there was a small NEXX 3020H router in the stash, he connected it to a microtic and picked up Wi-Fi on it specifically for Redmi 3s - the crutch works fine with an Internet speed of about 70 megabits.
