How to make windows photo viewer compatible with monitor color profile?

Yandex and Google say that the patient is not curable, and it's easier to use normal picture viewers.
But looking at how it is being carried away, even on color profiles that do not differ much from a dummy, the feeling that this is not a bug, but a feature ... .)
In general, who in the subject please enlighten?
PS. There are monitor profiles from the manufacturer, there is a calibrator from X-Rite that creates profiles, screen proofs in Photoshop correspond to what is printed, and only the windows photo viewer shows you don’t understand what.

in my opinion, the color profile can be loaded for the monitor in principle, and everything that it displays, right?

I will answer the question in detail. If so, sorry for the banality.
Profiles are of several types. Your question concerns at least two - the monitor and the output device. Photoshop can use both. And it still seems to me that the matter is in the profile of the output device.
The monitor profile can be put into the system - I write for XP - Screen -> Options tab -> Advanced button -> Color Management tab.
You can put your profile in there.
A free viewer that supports profiles, or rather it is called color management support (color management) - FastSrone .

The first workaround is by removing any existing ICC or WCS color profiles that are associated with all display devices or monitors. Else, you can also try to change the default color profile for your system's monitor to sRGB IEC61966-2.1, simply by clicking on Add, and then select sRGB IEC61966-2.1 from the list of profiles installed on system. After adding, click Set as Default Profile button. Exit from all dialogs and reboot your computer, and the color problem on Windows Photo Gallery is fixed.
