How to make Windows 8.1 not freeze programs when the display turns off?

Hi all! I have a transformer on Windows 8.1 (32bit) and I ran into one problem

. For some reason, if I listen to music or talk on Telegram / Discord and the display goes blank or I turn it off, then the system simply freezes these applications ....

Is there any method to force do not freeze the system exactly THAT programs that are currently playing sound (Like in Linux in which you can do this)
