Good afternoon! The situation is like this! in a private house there is a provider with a gray ip address! in a city apartment this provider cannot be installed! I heard that it is possible to make a connection through wi-fi vpn so that the city apartment has the same ip address as in a private house !can someone tell me how to do this and what kind of wi-fi is better to take to serve as a server?
