How to make WebStorm open files in itself again, and not separately in notepad?

created files without extensions.
A window popped up in which I was asked to choose what language the contents of the file would be in, select the extension .txt , .js, etc.
I ticked some box expecting that, so I'll get rid of the constant pestering me with this question when creating new files.
It worked, but not as I expected.

now these files that have no extension are opened not in webstorm, but separately in mousepad.

How to return as it was? this window no longer pops up and I don't know how to find it back.
