How to set up delayed autoplay in Xubuntu?

I entered the Conky application into the autorun. But the trouble is that if you start Conky before loading the entire system, then such a glitch will eventually come out.

The widget is crooked. Restarting Conky does the trick.
The next question is, is it possible to somehow make a delayed launch like in Gnome? Or move to the last place. Or maybe there are other thoughts on how to treat it?

Try the -p switch, pause before starting:
conky -p 10
