How to make webbrowser in WPF with proxy?

The bottom line is to make a proxy for such a web browser. And it is desirable that it would work simultaneously with two windows. (that is, the user could work in two windows in browsers on different proxies). I searched for a long time but found something similar on forms. But it didn't fit at all.
