How to leave minimize, maximize, close buttons in a WPF form?

How do I leave the "Minimize" "Expand" "Close" buttons in a WPF form?
And what would the strip be, or how can I recolor it in the background color of the form?
How can I do so that would leave the buttons "-" "[]" "X" but deleting the strip of the standard strip, where these buttons are located with the name and icon of the form; Or give it the same color as the background?)
