How to make a wavy outline in Photoshop. For site.
Googled it, but when I apply a border, it applies to the entire layout. Highlighting doesn't help.

Select the area you want to make wavy, press Ctr+C => Ctrl+V (create a new layer with your selection). Wise the waves with him. Then hold Ctrl , select these 2 layers and press Ctrl + E - the layers will be merged into one.
