How to make vlc rebroadcast Youtube stream?

Good afternoon, I ran into a problem with rebroadcasting Live video from Yotube via VLC to the local network.
I have a machine running Ubuntu 18.10 with VLC 3.0.7

Run by command: cvlc https://youtu.be/dxekoD1b3_o --sout "#gather:std{access= udp,dst=230.х.х.х:1234}" --no-sout-rtp-sap --no-sout-standard-sap --sout-keep --loop
Normal playback of this link via vlc has no problems
I downloaded the youtube.lua playlist to the path /.local/share/vlc/lua/playlist/ the result is the same - Couldn`t extract youtube video URL, please check for updates to thes script
Connoisseurs tell me please where to dig? it is not important to play via vlc, the main thing is to receive from the Internet and transfer the stream to the udp network
