How to properly display video stream in html?

I put this code in my html :

<embed src="http://192.168.0.107:8080/stream.wmv"></embed>

I load the page and immediately start downloading the stream.wmv file

I'm not exactly sure, but wmv is not supported by browsers and it is recommended to use mp4, webM, flv containers and that's it
