How to make Viber work?

When connected to a working VPN, viber loses connection.
How to find the reason? What could be the conflict?

VPN is checked (most likely), use remote network routes (like that's what it's called). And all traffic starts to go through a remote network. Maybe viber is banned there. You need to uncheck this box, but in this case, the dhcp server will not send you the routes of the remote network. If the remote network has several intranets that you need access to, you will have to manually register routes.
