How to make users create reports themselves?

There is a certain corporate system. A fairly large flow of requests goes to create and modify excel reports.
Are there ways to allow users to do it themselves and not burden programmers with this, well, maybe only in the most difficult cases?
Open source, commercial products? Maybe somewhere approaches are outlined that allow, to some extent, to get closer to this goal?

No, it doesn't exist. Rather, there are quite a lot of them, but as long as the user can request a programmer, he will request a programmer. And so look at the reporter for your database or platform, and in any case, you will need to educate users and make tough administrative decisions.
