How to make a multi-page desktop in Windows 10 (create new desktops and flip them left and right, and each page has its own icons)?

How to create new blank desktop pages and switch between them? Like for example in the menu with applications in Android, you swipe left and right to different pages, and each has its own icons. I would like to expand the desktop area in this way, creating new "slides" of the desktop.
Windows 10 has "desktop switching", but it's not really desktops that switch, it's taskbars...

Stardock Fences. A few months later, I installed this program to group items on the desktop into categories, and at the same time it can also swipe the desktop

Only third party apps. Windows itself cannot.
As I understand it, you want to change not only the content, but also the icons?
I can recommend Dexpot. There it is possible. But you have to poke around in the settings, and shove labels manually on different tables. But the program is great. Even out of the seven, it makes a very convenient working sperm-multi-tasking machine with a good amount of RAM. It even seems to change the wallpaper on different desktops.
I remember - on one desktop everything is for graphics, on the other - for programming, on the third - toys. Class.
