How to make ubuntu server bring up wlan interface on boot? (piece of iron cubietrack, wireless usb adapter)?
Hello.
Tell me where to look for a solution or the solution itself.
There is a piece of iron with ubuntu server 16.04, usb wifi adapter. It is necessary that the adapter be raised when the system boots. Now the adapter is visible only through iwconfig, so that you can work with it, you need to do ip link ... dev wlan up, only then it will appear and be available through ifconfig. Maybe someone else knows how to rename wlx74rfgg5f to wlan0 so that after a reboot the name settings do not fly off? How to do all this once and for all? And no scripts.
Thanks in advance.
