Namely, in my table (see the picture) I need to display the sum of hours for
1. a certain name of stage
2. and

many thanks for the required month

If the Date column is replaced with the name of the month, then:
=sumifs(C2:C6; A2:A6; "=Procurement Planning"; B2:B6; "=June"
) I didn't figure out how to add the Month() function here.
For "deliveries" and "works" and the change of the month, you will have to manually change the condition.
