How to make Timezone Select Form in Vue component?

Here's the timezone Selector I inserted into register.blade using https://github.com/camroncade/timezone


I need the same one, but already in the Vue component (I want Usera to be able to change their timezone). I would be grateful for a step by step guide or maybe a link to the library / vidos where this is implemented.
