How to solve the problem of Yandex.map zoom jumping by -1 when searching through SearchControl?

I observe the following problem:
when using SearchControl, each search request reduces the zoom of the map by -1. The expected behavior is that the map does not fly into space with each request.
Adding setZoom to then does not help, the map is still moving away with each request.
