How to make the VectorDrawing run in the 1s client?

Good afternoon, stupid question, but since I'm not a 1s programmer, I don't know how to do it. The problem is that VectorDrawing does not start on several computers on which the client was reinstalled (on computers on which the client was not reinstalled everything starts normally) something is missing, I don’t understand why the NFW 2.0 component is installed and registered.
