How to make the router prevent applications from accessing the Internet?

Precisely applications, precisely applications. I correctly think that support of a proxy by a router is necessary.

this requires that the application, when accessing the Internet, uses a set of details available for restriction in the router settings. details - source MAC address, source and destination IP addresses, source and destination ports, transport protocol, possibly destination DNS hostname and something else in more advanced models. limited means that it is technically possible to enter the totality of all details into the router firewall (i.e., the number of entries and their combinations fit in the router’s memory allocated for the firewall) and keep them up to date (these details do not change too often).
the application itself (the name of the application or its ID) is not an attribute available for use in the firewall of the router, since it does not appear in the protocols used when accessing the Internet.
