Why does Windows Firewall forget rules?
Windows 10 Pro version 1607 build 14393 64-bit downloaded from Microsoft Dreamspark and updated to Anniversary Update, license.
After each reboot, when you open any application that interacts with the Internet, the firewall asks permission to access this application to the Internet (for example, Chrome, Spotify, Java machine). We allow the application everything, and this problem does not appear until the next reboot. We reboot - everything starts again. Adding your own exceptions doesn't help. If you turn off the firewall, then after a reboot it will turn itself back on. Please help, this is the first time I've encountered such a phenomenon.
