How to make the ribbon smaller in Microsoft Office?

I have a ribbon and the status bar has increased in size. I do not know how it happened, but I can not return as before.

The tape increases if you fix it. And if you just open the tapes, then it's fine.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling MS Office but to no avail. The register was not touched.

You accidentally turned on the mode for touch control. With it, the elements / distances between them increase to make it easier to hit with your finger. Disabled in the context menu of the shortcut menu or whatever it is called in Russian. In your screenshots - above the ribbon, where there are 4 icons - word, save, undo, redo - on the right there is a drop-down menu button (a down arrow with a dash above it). Click on it, in the menu that appears, the desired item will be the switch for the finger / mouse control mode. I have it third from the bottom.
This item does not switch itself, but adds a switch (finger icon) to the quick access panel, which switches modes. After switching, if it is no longer needed, it can be disabled in the same way as it was enabled.
In English, but in pictures - bythis link
