Licensing MS Office on a terminal server

Misters, prompt please and how the office on a terminal server is licensed? Is one license enough or should their number be equal to the number of clients? Is it possible to use boxed versions or do I need a corporate version (in which distribution)? Please tell me, otherwise everything is clear with Windows, but I don’t know about the office.

With this, everything is complicated and ambiguous. If you speak English, read the original blogs.msdn.com/b/mssmallbiz/archive/2007/08/08/4298215.aspx

@Fiasco

in fact, everything is simple and unambiguous, the office is licensed per device, and it doesn’t matter at all whether it is physical or virtual, you need as many licenses as people will work with it at the same time
